These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launch Vyapar's services, including website development, design, and digital marketing services.
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Agreement
- All services are provided on a project basis with clear deliverables
- Project timelines and milestones are agreed upon before commencement
- Payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear project requirements and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure all content and materials provided are legally owned
- Maintain regular communication throughout the project
- Provide necessary access to existing systems when required
Project Timeline
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity
- Delays in client feedback may extend project duration
- We commit to regular updates and milestone communications
- Rush projects may incur additional charges
Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become client property upon full payment
- We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio
- Third-party assets (fonts, images) remain under their respective licenses
- Source code ownership is transferred upon project completion
Limitations & Liability
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
- We are not responsible for third-party service issues
- Client is responsible for maintaining and updating delivered solutions
- Force majeure events may affect project timelines
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- • 50% payment required to start project

- • Late payments may incur fees

Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation: Projects can be cancelled with written notice. Refunds are provided based on work completed.
No-Show Policy: Missed meetings without prior notice may result in project delays or additional charges.
Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval.
